Clint Kugler, Vice President of Statewide Engagement

Clint leads the IYI’s statewide engagement efforts, leading our outreach managers throughout the state. He empowers and leads by connecting valuable resources to youth workers and youth-serving organizations to champion kids and strengthen communities. Prior to the joining IYI in 2018, Clint worked for 20 years for the YMCA, most recently serving as the CEO of the Wabash County YMCA. Throughout his career, Clint has worked collaboratively to close the achievement gap and has been captivated by the power of asset building. In 2013, he was honored with the Sagamore of the Wabash Award for the development and leadership of Promise Indiana: a research-based, asset-rich college and career readiness initiative, helping youth establish child savings accounts and forming college-saver identity. Clint holds a master’s degree in human service in organizational leadership and management from Springfield College and a bachelor’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University. Clint is an avid outdoorsman and ultra-runner. He and his wife, Kindi, have four children.
