Presentation in Brazil

Doug Risser with Rotary D4170 PDG Jose Botelho.  Elkhart Rotary Club presented D4170 our club banner at a presentation of a plaque at a hospital in Londrina, Parana, Brazil recognizing our district's financial contribution for the purchase of equipment for cleft palate surgery.  District 6540 contributed $5000 toward the total project cost of $23,000.
